  • International shipping is not available at this time.

  • Standard delivery within India typically takes 5-7 business days, depending on the delivery location.
  • Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, logistical delays, or regional restrictions.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size of the items, and delivery location.
  • For specific events or promotional campaigns, HWCA may offer free shipping, which will be clearly mentioned on the product or event page.

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared with you via email.
  • You can use the tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through our delivery partner’s website or app.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Incomplete or Incorrect Address:
    Please ensure that the delivery address provided is complete and accurate. HWCA will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Failed Delivery Attempts:
    If the delivery is unsuccessful due to recipient unavailability, the courier service will typically attempt delivery two more times. After this, the package may be returned to HWCA. In such cases, re-shipping costs may apply.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • Damaged Items:
    If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected] with your order details and photographs of the damaged product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.

    If any item is missing from your shipment, contact us immediately with your order details, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
